GUIDELINES FOR 2009 TABLETOP COMPETITION AT The Arkansas Flower and Garden Show will be held in Little Rock at the Eligibility Requirements: · Contestants must be shop owners or employees of shops who are current members of the Arkansas Florists Association or an Associate Member of the Arkansas Florists Association. · All contestants must meet one of the following criteria Be a member of AIFD Be an Arkansas Master Florist Be a past winner or runner up of the Arkansas Cup Competition Be a past 1st or 2nd place winner in the annual Scholarship Design Competition Set up time for the competition is between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm. Indoctrination will be at 12:45. Competition will begin promptly at 1:00pm and end promptly at 3:30pm. Each contestant will Be provided with a five foot round and draped table The entire design will be confined to the table with no parts cascading onto the floor. Clean up time will be from 3:30pm - 4:00pm. Contestant must be finished and out of the area by 4:00pm. Monetary prize awards and photos will be made at 3:30pm Sunday, March 1, after which the display may be torn down & removed.
