Arkansas Florists Association - *Ribbon Cutting & Trade Market

The Ribbon Cutting ceremony took place on Saturday morning outside the entrance to the Trade Market. This ceremony was attended by the members of the Arkansas Florists Association board of directors and dignitaries from the city of Hot Springs.

The Trade Market was opened following the ribbon cutting to a weekend of shopping. Vendors were in attendance from all across the United States in what has become the largest florist convention and trade market in the south.

Move in began on Friday morning with volunteers helping vendors move their products onto the showroom floor to get booths ready for the opening of the Trade Market. A Vendor Appreciation Breakfast was provided for the vendors on Saturday morning. The trade market opened at 9:00 on Saturrday morning following the ribbon cutting ceremony.
