CONVENTION REGISTRATION

In 2003 we implemented a "Registration With Intent To Attend" Form.  Receiving this information in advance gave us the ability to pre-register everyone planning to attend the convention in August.  The name badges can be printed ahead of time, thus making it easy if changes need to be made at registration time. This helps speed up wait time at registration. 

Sending in this form in no way obligates anyone to attend the convention and you will not be charged unless you attend. 

We look forward to seeing you at the Hot Springs Convention Center August 15-17, 2008 as we go "South of the Border".
