VENDOR REGISTRATION

When you arrive at the Hot Springs Convention Center there will be a move-in staff available to assist with getting your merchandise to your booth if needed. 

Move-in begins at 7:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm.  All booths must be set up on Friday no later than 5pm.

After you locate your space, you may come to Vendor Registration to complete your registration and pick up your name tags.  Please fill out the Name Bages & Reservations Form.  This form can be downloaded from the Home Page under "FORMS SECTION".  If you have difficulty downloading the form, please contact me at 501-690-4338. or email garlenelewis@ARFlorists.org

Don't forget to sign up for the Vendor Appreciation Breakfast to be held at 8am Saturday at Vendor Registration.
