Door prize drawings will be held throughout the weekend. Each person who registers for the convention will be given a door prize ticket and the buyers will be given a ticket for each $100 in purchases or portion thereof (minimum $25). For instance, if they purchase an item from your company for $25 - $100 they will receive one ticket. If they purchase $125 they will receive two tickets, etc. If you would like to furnish a door prize, please fill out this form and send it in by July 15 to insure your company name will be listed in the souvenir program. Keep your door prize in your booth. The winner will be sent to your booth to collect the prize. A grand prize will be given away at the close of the Trade Market.

Fill out this form and send it in prior to the convention and your name badges will be ready when you arrive. Our vendors are always welcome to attend any of the functions for the weekend. There will be a dinner and program on Friday night and the President's Banquet & Dance will be held on Saturday night. If anyone from your company would like to attend, please check the appropriate space on this form. This does not obligate you, but it does help up plan.
